Thomas joined Y TREE in 2022 with a track record of establishing and scaling full service HR functions across multiple sectors to support and drive business growth. He has spent his career building employee-centred people strategies that deliver a holistic employee experience and high performance teams. Most recently, he supported a boutique management consultancy scale to establish itself as a key player within the market. Thomas read Law at the University of Lincoln, after which he completed a Masters in Human Resource Management.
